Thailand’s capital has a perfect balance of culture, shopping, and nightlife. Start the trip off with a bang by dancing your nights away at a swanky club or more laid back Khao San Road before settling into a more relaxed part of the trip. Visit an elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai where you will have the opportunity to feed & bathe these gentle giants. End the trip on the idyllic beaches of Krabi and Phuket where there will be plenty of island hopping, relaxing, and partying.

Itinerary Overview
Day 1 - Arrive Bangkok

Bangkok is truly the ‘Venice of the East”. Golden temples, beautiful colonial buildings, and bustling open markets can be seen along the city’s vast network of natural and man-made canals. While an array of fabulous restaurants, modern shopping malls and spectacular cultural attractions all add to the sights and sounds that are unique to Bangkok. In part, Bangkok’s special appeal comes from the gracious Thai people with their charisma, generosity and open friendliness, helping shape Thailand’s reputation as the Land of Smiles.

Upon arrival, the group will be transferred to the hotel for check-in, enjoying your time for free at leisure and be ready for the Welcome Dinner hotel.

Day 2 - Bangkok

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning will be free at leisure.

Begin your afternoon at Or Tor Kor – one of the best fresh markets in the world – where you can find the local produce. Beside the mountains of luscious tropical fruits, the market is also home to the Royal Project outlets, an initiative funded by the Thai royal family to support the life and agriculture of hill tribe villagers. Next door is the famous Chatuchak market, the city’s largest weekend market. Enjoy shopping at your own pace, perusing over 15,000 stalls selling everything from clothing and accessories to arts and crafts, ceramics, antiques and household goods. After that, you will be transferred back to the hotel.

Day 3 - Bangkok - Chiang Mai

After check-out this late morning, you will be transferred to the airport to board the domestic flight to Chiang Mai.

Once you arrive at Chaing Mai airport, your guide will escort you to the hotel for check-in and enjoy your time for free at leisure.

Day 4 - Chiang Mai

This morning, you will be collected from your hotel by your guide and taken on a drive through the picturesque Chiang Mai countryside to Elephant Nature Park. Unlike other elephant camps, this unique project is not an attraction; the park provides a sanctuary for dozens of rescued elephants taken from abusive and harmful environments.

You won’t have the opportunity to ride one of these magnificent animals, but you will have a chance to contribute to their rehabilitation. During your visit, feed the elephants from a special platform as you hear the personal history of many of the rescued (often orphaned) elephants and discover how, at Elephant Nature Park, they have now become a proud herd and free from abuse for the first time in their lives. Your visit will also help to support other regional projects as well as national elephant conservation.

Lunch will be provided at the elephant camp.

Once you’ve had time to appreciate these majestic pachyderms in their natural environment, your guide will transfer you on to your hotel.

Day 5 - Chiang Mai - Krabi

After check-out this late morning, you will be transferred to the airport to board the domestic flight to Krabi.

Once arrive Krabi airport, your guide will escort you to the hotel for check-in and enjoy your time for free at leisure

Day 6 - Krabi

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy your day for free at leisure.

Day 7 - Phuket

Breakfast at the hotel.

After check-out at 12.00 hrs., take a short break for your free at leisure. Then the guide will pick you up at the hotel for transfer to the pier to board on the public ferry to Phuket.

Once arrived Phuket pier, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in and then you will be transferred to the local restaurant for the fare well dinner tonight.

Day 8 - Phuket

After check-out, the group will be escorted to the airport for your International departure flight.

Day 9 - Depart Lisbon

Today is free for you to keep exploring Lisbon on your own pace. You can visit one of the hundred museums in the city or just relax having a Bica (Coffee) or some wine.

In the evening regroup again for a Farewell Dinner to say good-bye to Lisbon and Portugal.
