Trip Overview

This intensive study trip to New York offers students a firsthand experience in exploring the vibrant NYC business landscape. Participants will engage in site visits, meetings, and discussions with key stakeholders at companies based in New York, gaining insights into various industry’s practices, trends, and challenges.

Important Registration Information

Please see below for important trip information and registration support. Registration is due by March 31, 2025.

The Westin New York at Times Square:

When registering, please create an account so you can log back in to change any information, if needed.
Please select quantity “1” for the trip package during registration. All other extras are optional depending on your travel plans.
Daily breakfast vouchers are included at The Westin.
There is limited availability of pre/post-nights at the hotel and rooms will be offered on a first come first served basis.
Please note, any bookings (deposit, trip package, pre/post-nights, etc.) are fully non-refundable after July 31, 2025.
Given any the deposit and any add-ons are non-refundable after July 31, 2025, we strongly advise students to purchase travel insurance. You can purchase travel insurance using the link here, or find your carrier of choice in an open marketplace.
Programming will conclude after the activity on October 18, 2025. All course participants are required to attend the all programming. Each participant will have hotel accommodations for the evening of October 17, 2025.
