FAQs
Is the payment refundable?
Yes, the payment is fully refundable until March 9th. If you need to cancel after March 9th, you can transfer your spot on the trip to a classmate that hasn’t registered yet. Transfers are allowed until April 25th.
I can’t make it for all of the days. Can I select a partial stay?
Partial stays are only possible if you do a Single Room, or you have roommate who are staying for the exact dates as you. If you would like to do a partial stay, please email your check in/check out dates and roommate information to info@bschooltravel.com.
How do I select my Roommate?
You will have the option to select your roommate on the registration form as you go through the payment process.
I don’t have a roommate; will you select one for me?
Yes, there is the option to select a random roommate during the registration process. We will do our best to match you with someone that has the same room preference (double, triple, quad) as you. However, if there isn’t an exact match, you will be required to switch to a room package that works with other available random roommates.
Are airport transfers included?
No, airport transfers are not included. A taxi to the resort is ~$21 and an Uber is anywhere from $12-$17. We suggest sharing rides with people you travel with!
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the package, but available as an add-on for $25/day.
Are there any other activities planned?
Yes! We are planning other group activities that will be announced once we have a final headcount of who is coming.
