When registering, please create an account so you can log back in to change any information, if needed.
All students must be vaccinated to travel on this program. Proof of vaccination will be collected 30 days prior to travel.
Please select quantity “1” for the trip package during registration. All other extras are optional depending on your travel plans.
If you would like to include any pre or post nights at the hotel, please select the total number of nights you would like to include during the check-out process. There will be a follow up question in the registration form that will ask you the dates you would like the extra room nights.
Please note, any additional add-ons (pre-nights, post-nights, etc) are fully non-refundable after February 1st, 2023.
Given any add-ons are non-refundable after February 1st, 2023, we strongly advise students to purchase travel insurance. You can purchase travel insurance using the link here, or find your carrier of choice in an open marketplace.

Entry and Exit Requirements
- Are there COVID-related entry requirements for U.S. citizens? No
- U.S. citizens may travel to Italy for any reason, including tourism.
English-language guidance on current entry and exit requirements is maintained on the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website. Further information is also available on the Italian Ministry of Health’s website.

- Is a negative COVID-19 test (PCR and/or serology) required for entry? No
- Are health screening procedures in place at airports and other ports of entry? Yes, from December 29, 2022 to January 31, 2023, all travelers arriving or transiting in Italy from China must:

- Have a negative COVID test prior to their departure (a molecular test within 72 hours prior to arriving in Italy or an antigen test within 48 hours prior to arriving in Italy)
- Undergo an additional COVID test administered by Italian airport authorities upon arriving in ItalyThis requirement does not apply to children under the age of 6, crew members, or diplomats.
