Trip Overview

Important Trip Information

Please see below for important trip information and registration support.

  • Abu Dhabi Hotel Address: Zone 1 – E9-01 – Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates

  • Dubai Hotel Address:  Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai  121000 United Arab Emirates

  • When registering, please create an account so you can log back in to change any information, if needed.

  • All students must be vaccinated to travel on this program. Proof of vaccination will be collected 30 days prior to travel.

  • Please select quantity “1” for the “Working Professionals UAE Trip” package during registration. All other packages are optional depending on your travel plans.

  • If you would like to include any pre or post nights at the hotel, please select the total number of nights you would like to include during the check-out process. There will be a follow up question in the registration form that will ask you the dates you would like the extra room nights.

  • Any pre or post optional excursions must have a minimum attendance of 10 passengers. If the minimum passenger count is not met, you will be refunded in full for the excursion.

Itinerary Overview

A detailed daily itinerary including all company visits, restaurant locations, and a time schedule will be available prior to departure. This itinerary will also be available as a mobile app.

Arrival in Abu Dhabi and check-in at the hotel. After checking in, rest up, as your busy schedule starts tomorrow.

After breakfast, you will have a kickoff meeting with the professor at the hotel. Then, you will have a full day of visiting companies. You will visit one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the evening, you will enjoy a welcome dinner with your classmates!

After breakfast, you will head out to a company visit in Abu Dhabi. In the afternoon, you will enjoy lunch and a city tour where you will visit the Gran Mosque and the Presidential Palace.

Today, we take a break from company visits and travel to Dubai. After enjoying breakfast and checking out, you will take a private bus to Dubai. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a cultural lunch followed by a visit to the top of the Burj Khalifa.

Today, you will have a full day of visiting companies. You will visit one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Today, you will have a free morning and afternoon to explore Dubai. After lunch, the group will be transferred to the Arabian desert for dune bashing! After dune bashing, the group will enjoy a farewell dinner and a cultural show!

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and make your way to the airpot for your return flight home.
