Important Trip Information

Please see below for important trip information and registration support.

  • Hotel Address: Ul. Antuna Mihanovića 1, 10000, Zagreb, Croatia

  • When registering, please create an account so you can log back in to change any information, if needed.

  • All students must be vaccinated to travel on this program. Proof of vaccination will be collected 30 days prior to travel.

  • Please select quantity “1” for the “Working Professionals Zagreb Trip” package during registration. All other packages are optional depending on your travel plans.

  • If you would like to include any pre or post nights at the hotel, please select the total number of nights you would like to include during the check-out process. There will be a follow up question in the registration form that will ask you the dates you would like the extra room nights.

  • Any pre or post optional excursions must have a minimum attendance of 10 passengers. If the minimum passenger count is not met, you will be refunded in full for the excursion.

Itinerary Overview

A detailed daily itinerary including all company visits, restaurant locations, and a time schedule will be available prior to departure. This itinerary will also be available as a mobile app.

Arrival in Zagreb and check-in at the hotel. After checking in, rest up, as your busy schedule starts tomorrow.

After breakfast, you will have a kickoff meeting with the professor at the hotel. Then, you will head out to your first company visit in Zagreb. In the afternoon, you will enjoy lunch and a city tour of Zagreb! In the evening, the group will enjoy a welcome dinner!

Today, you will have a full day of visiting companies. You will visit one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Today, we take a break from company visits and enjoy a day trip to Plitvice National Park. You will enjoy a private guided hike to some of the most spectacular waterfalls followed bya lunch inside the National Park.

Today, you will have a full day of visiting companies. You will visit one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

After breakfast, you will head out to your final company visit in Zagreb. In the afternoon, you will have free time to enjoy Zagreb before your final farewell dinner!

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and make your way to the airpot for your return flight home.
