Itinerary Overview
Arrival in Munich and check-in at the hotel. Start your adventure with a tour showcasing some of Munich’s highlights including the former artists’ quarter Schwabing, centre of Old Town, and some of the magnificent buildings that are a must see. Now that you’ve built up an appetite, head to one of the oldest beer gardens in the city to enjoy a welcome dinner and get to know your fellow travelers!

After breakfast, you will take a half day visit to Neuschwanstein Castle, the inspiration for the Disney Castle. Upon your return to Munich, freshen up for your first evening at Oktoberfest! This is one of the highlights of the trip and why you all are here!! A reservation guarantees a spot at a tent and includes a meal as well as 2 Stein’s of beer.

Explore Munich inside a nice VW Bulli and get to know the city and background information about Oktoberfest. Have a nice cold German beer and some good snacks while you are on the road and get ready for your second day at Oktoberfest. You already experienced Oktoberfest at night, and now it’s time to experience it during the day. You will enjoy reservation at a tent that will include a meal and 2 Stein’s of beer. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Take an ICE train to Berlin, the capital of Germany. After getting settled into your hotel, get ready for an active evening exploring the highlights of the city on a bike tour.

Today is yours to explore at leisure. Walk around the different neighborhood’s, revisit some of your favorite sites from the bike tour, or go shopping. Your guide can also book one of many optional activities for you at an additional cost. In the evening, come together for a group dinner at Katz Orange. The restaurant is located in the West City Center, in Mitte district, and consists of a gallery and library making for a unique dining setting.

Today you will visit Sanssouci Park and its famous palace is one of the most significant park complexes in Europe – belonging to the Unesco World Heritage. Get to know everything about the castle’s history and enjoy a guided tour of the Castle and its beautiful gardens. You will have the afternoon at leisure before enjoying a farewell dinner to reminisce about an amazing experience and all the new friendships you have made on this incredible journey!
