When registering, please create an account so you can log back in to change any information, if needed.
Please select quantity “1” for the trip package during registration. All other extras are optional depending on your travel plans.
If you would like to include any pre or post nights at the hotel, please select the total number of nights you would like to include during the check-out process.
Please note, pre/post nights and single supplements are based on availability. If you purchased an add-on and there is no availability at that time, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full for any additional add-ons that were not available.
Please note, any bookings (deposit, trip package, pre/post nights, single supplements, etc) are fully non-refundable after May 22, 2025.
Given any the deposit and any add-ons are non-refundable after May 22, 2025, we strongly advise students to purchase travel insurance. You can purchase travel insurance using the link here, or find your carrier of choice in an open marketplace.
