The University of Victoria GEMBA program is traveling to Bengaluru for an immersive business experience, featuring company visits, expert talks, and cultural insights to deepen their understanding of the region’s economy and leadership dynamics.

When registering, please create an account so you can log back in to change any information, if needed.
Please select quantity “1” for your package during registration. All other packages are optional depending on your travel plans.
The deadline to register for any pre or post nights is March 10th, 2025.
If you would like to include any pre or post nights at the hotel, please select the total number of nights you would like to include during the check-out process. There will be a follow up question in the registration form that will ask you the dates you would like the extra room nights.
Single room supplements are available as an add-on. All add-ons are non-refundable after March 10th, 2025.

Visa Requirements for Canadian Citizens

Canadian citizens can apply for an e-Tourist Visa (eTV) to visit India. Below are the key details:

Application Timeline: The eTV must be applied for no more than 30 days before departure. Applications should be submitted online through the official Indian government e-Visa portal.
Processing Time: Typically takes 3-5 business days, but it’s recommended to apply at least 10-15 days before departure to avoid any delays.
Validity: The eTV is generally valid for 60 days and can be used for tourism, business, or short academic trips.
Required Documents:
- A valid passport (with at least six months of validity from the date of arrival in India).
- A recent passport-size photograph.
- Proof of onward/return travel and accommodation details.
Recommendation: Apply for your visa as soon as possible to allow sufficient processing time, but no earlier than 30 days before departure.
