  • When registering, please create an account so you can log back in to change any information, if needed.

  • Please select quantity “1” for the trip package during registration. All other extras are optional depending on your travel plans. Upon checkout, you will have the option to pay by entering your US bank account information or credit card information. Please note, there is a fee for paying by credit card.

  • If you would like to include any pre or post nights at the hotel, please select the total number of nights you would like to include during the check-out process. There will be a follow up question in the registration form that will ask you the dates you would like the extra room nights. The deadline to register for any pre or post nights and a single supplement is June 22nd.

  • Please note, the cost of any upgrades or add-ons is fully non-refundable after June 22nd.

  • We strongly advise students to purchase travel insurance. You can purchase travel insurance using the link here, or find your carrier of choice in an open marketplace.

Entry and Exit Requirements

COVID-19 Requirements:

  • There are no COVID-related entry requirements for U.S. citizens.
  • Travelers are encouraged to register their travel and health information through the Quarantine COVID19 Defence (Q-Code) system BEFORE traveling to Korea in order to streamline the airport arrival process.
  • Travel regulations and restrictions are subject to change, sometimes with little notice. You should review the information available on your nearest Korean Embassy or Consulate’s webpage before traveling.

Entry & Exit Requirements:

  • You must have a valid U.S. passport to enter Korea and your passport expiration date must be more than 6 months from the date of departure.
  • Your passport must have at least one blank page available per stamp.
  • From April 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024, the Korean Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) is not required for US citizens for stays of 90 days or less that are for tourism or business purposes. Citizens of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macao, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, and UK are also eligible for temporary exemption of the K-ETA during this time period.
