Think Globally

Embark on Next-level Study Tours

From travel management to curriculum design and beyond, Bschool Travel is with you every step of the way. We partner with universities to create unique and immersive global study tours, specifically designed for business students. With academic continuity in mind, each program is customized to the course’s curricular theme – ensuring industry engagements that make sense and cohesion between the classroom and field experience.

A hands-on support team when (and wherever) you need it.

How Bschool Travel supports your study tour programs:

Travel Management

From hotel accommodations to proven local guides – and everything in between – we provide end-to-end travel and logistics support whenever and wherever you need it.

Curricular Development

With our global partner network of 2500+ international organizations and varying formats of industry engagements, Bschool Travel supports curricular development that aligns with desired programmatic outcomes. See how we can support with your academic program.

Company Visits

Tried and true and a staple of global immersions. From multinational organizations, to governmental agencies, NGOs, startups and everything in between, we arrange company visits that are aligned with the course objectives. Our speakers are coached to deliver relevant content that is aligned with curricular theme of each course.

Consulting Projects

We source and scope impactful global company projects that are challenging, yet achievable. Ranging from 2 weeks to semester-long, our project deliverables are often strategic in nature and typically require students to apply many of their classroom frameworks.

Business Challenges

Gone are the days of the early 2000s CEMEX case study. Our Business Challenges provide students the opportunity to solve real-world industry challenges in real time. They are much shorter in nature when compared to consulting projects, usually spanning from one-day sprints to week-long competitions.

Panel Discussions

Rather than visiting one company, we also coordinate panel discussions with several thought leaders within a specific industry or subject matter. Our panelists provide open discourse, unique perspectives, and open Q&A to broaden the student learning experience.

Guest Lectures

With our network of university partners around the globe, we coordinate guest lectures and classroom sessions at many of the most prestigious international business schools. For cross-cultural learning opportunities, consider inviting students from the host university to participate in your classroom sessions.

Student Management

The student experience is second to none. That’s why we go beyond the travel to elevate the student experience every step of the way. See how we support our university partners with their student management prior, during, and after their global study tours.

Health, Safety, and Risk Management

Safety and Risk Management support is our top priority. Whether it’s pre departure health and safety assessments or our 24/7 emergency response team, we work to mitigate risks throughout every step of the process. See how we support with risk management below.

Risk Management

Prior to any program, our team receives weekly risk management reports and conducts global safety and security monitoring for each country of travel. These reports help guide decision making for any necessary rerouting throughout the itinerary.

24/7 Emergency Operations

During your trip, students and faculty will have 24/7 access to our in-country emergency operations number. From operational support to emergency response, they’re there to support around the clock.

Local Program Manager

All Bschool Travel immersions are supported by a local country program manager. Our program managers are not only there for logistical support, but they are first aid and CPR certified and trained in emergency response procedures.
